Customer support is provided via a global sales and services organization with the cooperation of selected partners. Rosenbauer service centers offer fire departments comprehensive assistance for Group products, which, apart from maintenance contracts and the supply of spare parts, also includes training, technical and operational schooling, and the refurbishment, which is the technical overhaul of vehicles.
