A single-source-provider for the US fire services

Rosenbauer America, which has its headquarters in Lyons, South Dakota, coordinates all Rosenbauer Group activities in the USA. It unites the three production plants in Wyoming (MN), Lyons (SD) and Fremont (NE), along with their sales and service organizations as well as the Rosenbauer Motors production plant. 

Rosenbauer America offers the fire services a complete vehicle program from in-house production, which ranges from small pumpers to complex industrial fire trucks and aerials. These are supplemented with extinguishing technology components from Leonding, Austria, which like other key products in the equipment area have been specially adapted for the North American fire services. 

Via a strong dealer network, Rosenbauer possesses full coverage in its North American domestic markets from Texas to British Columbia and California to Pennsylvania. In addition, the sales area extends to the fire industry markets in the Caribbean and Latin America.   

Rosenbauer America’s service network covers its entire sales area. Support is provided at the company’s own locations, by mobile service engineers and numerous partners with their own service capabilities. 

The active involvement of the Group in the USA commenced in 1995 with the taking of a participatory interest in today’s Rosenbauer Minnesota. Rosenbauer is now the second-largest fire truck manufacturer in the country and with its own chassis production one of the few single-source providers to the American fire services.
