Successful trade show appearances

Stationary fire protection to touch at the IFAT

IFAT is the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste, and raw materials management. And this reputation was again lived up to: over 3,000 exhibitors from 59 countries presented their products. More than 135,000 visitors from 170 countries took advantage of this offering and found out about the latest environmental technologies. For the first time stationary extinguishing systems from Rosenbauer were represented at the IFAT with new extinguishing system concepts.

The presented RM15C monitor, which interacts with the Orglmeister infrared system, was especially well received by the many visitors. For demonstration purposes it was illustrated with the assistance of a heat source how the infrared camera detects a heat source and immediately passes on this information to the turret. It then subsequently precisely aligns itself to the presumed seat of the fire.

Also presented was an energy-self-sufficient POLY extinguishing system as used, for example, as fire protection for conveyor belts or machines. The international and very diverse audience with regard to industry, proved to be very interested in the displayed products.

From the aerial ladder to the protective boots: a broad range at the RETTmobil

What the IFAT is to waste management, RETTmobil is to rescue organizations. At Europe's leading trade fair for rescue and mobility, nearly 450 exhibitors presented developments from, among other things, the vehicle, equipment, clothing and radio technology sectors. As the world market leader in firefighting and disaster protection, of course Rosenbauer had to be there, presenting its latest products to the nearly 25,000 visitors.

In the outdoor area an HLF 20 (rescue vehicle) from the AT series and a medium-sized fire fighting vehicle from the CL series were presented. Particular interest was aroused by the newly developed L32A-XS aerial ladder from Metz Aerials. The L32A-XS shows its strenghts especially in limited space conditions. Many visitors to the RETTmobil took the opportunity to convince themselves of the advantages of the aerial ladder in situ.

The EMEREC mobile informations management system , that could tested extensively, also received a lot of interest. Particularly the intuitive operation of the system won over the visitors.

The complete personal protective equipment could also be viewed at the booth and also tried on. The visitors could see for themselves what the advantages of the new HEROS-matrix helmet or the new model of the TORNADO protective boots are. Additionally, the RLS1000 portable LED lighting system was presented.
