Rosenbauer has been manufacturing products for the fire services for over a century. The first gasoline engine pump was built in 1910 and today the production program includes vehicles, electronically controlled extinguishing systems, technical fire service equipment and personal protection items. Rosenbauer manufactures its own chassis for fire trucks and PANTHER ARFFs, produces stationary and semi-stationary extinguishing systems and develops telematic solutions for fire service operations.
Rosenbauer has production facilities that meet all the relevant standards on three continents. The Group’s main production plants are situated in the Austrian, German and USA domestic markets. All the locations operate using modern production methods and defined quality standards. The main plants are certified according to ISO 9001 (quality). The Austrian and German production plants also possess ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 50001 (energy) and BS OHSAS 18001 (occupational health and safety) certification.
