Näher dran: Neues Rosenbauer Kundenzentrum in Nordrhein-Westfalen

In addition to the two existing service locations in Karlsruhe (Baden-Württemberg) and Luckenwalde (Brandenburg), the third Rosenbauer customer centre in Germany will become operational in February 2017 in Viersen, North Rhine-Westphalia. For the many Rosenbauer customers in this area, this means being even closer to the extensive services provided directly by the manufacturer.

 

From protective boots to aircraft rescue and fire fighting vehicles - in the new customer centre in Viersen, service is directly available from the manufacturer for all products from Rosenbauer's extensive range. This means that the motto "Even closer" - in this case to the many customers - is implemented consistently and sustainably. From February 2017, customers from North Rhine-Westphalia, the neighboring federal states and of course also from the Netherlands or Belgium will have a uniform go-to point for all vehicles, equipment, fire extinguishing systems, and all other products in the extensive product range of Rosenbauer.

 

There are seven employees at the Viersen site, but continuous increase in the number of staff is already planned. In addition to the service center, there will also be a sales center, where fire departments will always be provided with competent and encompassing advice on Rosenbauer's portfolio, whether for municipal purposes, industrial plants, or for use at airports. Regardless of the new location in Viersen, the two other service centers will naturally remain at the traditional production sites of Rosenbauer in Luckenwalde and Karlsruhe.

 

Reliability and customer proximity are a matter of course at Rosenbauer, 365 days a year. Consulting, support, and service do not stop at the point of sale - Rosenbauer, as a technology and innovation leader in the area of fire and disaster protection, is underlining this with the opening of the new customer center.
