We currently use such forms in connection with offers on our website, namely "Newsletter", "Info Service Investor Relations", "Contact Request", and "Product Inquiry". We will store and process the personal data we collect (e.g., name, address, telephone number or email address) to execute your enquiry and, in some cases, for purposes of marketing, market research, after-sales service, sales statistics, and for general networking. Legal basis of data processing

Insofar as we obtain consent for the processing of your personal data, Art. 6 Para. 1 a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for data processing. Insofar as processing your personal data is needed to fulfil a contract or within the framework of a contract-like relationship with you, Art. 6 Para. 1 b) GDPR serves as the legal basis for data processing. Insofar as we process your personal data to fulfil a legal obligation, Art. 6 Para. 1 c) GDPR serves as the legal basis for data processing.

As the legal basis for data processing, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR continues to apply if processing your personal data is needed to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not require the protection of personal data.

Data deletion and storage duration

We always delete or block your personal data if the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Use of our homepage

Information about your computer

Each time you access our homepage, we collect the following information about your computer: the IP address of your computer, the request from your browser and the time of this request. In addition, the status and the amount of data transferred are recorded within the scope of this request. We also collect product and version information about the browser and operating system of the computer used. We also record the website from which the online offer was accessed. The IP address of your computer is only stored for the time of use of the online offer and is subsequently deleted or anonymised by shortening it. The remaining data is stored for a limited period of time. We use this data for the operation of our homepage, in particular to detect and eliminate errors, to determine the utilization of the web server, and to make adjustments or improvements. Use of cookies and Google Analytics

For our online offers we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website are usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will shorten your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. We are of the opinion that due to the protective measures taken (anonymisation and the possibility of objection), data processing for the purpose of optimising our online offer is to be regarded as a legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR.

Use of your personal data in the case of an application

All personal data from your application and all attachments you provide in your application will only be collected, processed and used by us and our subsidiaries for the purpose of the applicant selection procedure and for internal statistics.
