Rosenbauer Technical Trainee Program (RTTP) 

You have your degree in  your pocket and are looking for a job that suits you perfectly? With the RTTP, Rosenbauer offers you the opportunity to experience various  technically-oriented departments across the entire value chain over a period of 18 months. At the group headquarters in Leonding, you will undertake modules selected according to your profile, and also have the opportunity to gain on-site experience at another of our locations in the DACH region. At the end of the 18 months, you will have gained a broad knowledge base from various technical areas and company-wide networking to really get started in the Rosenbauer Group.

What to expect

  • Exciting insights into the areas of development, technics/production and sales/service in selected departments
  • Familiarization with the diversity of the Rosenbauer Group through an individual elective module and a placement at another Rosenbauer location
  • Independent management of an interdisciplinary project as part of the trainee team
  • Participation in a wide range of courses and training programs
  • Professional and personal support from specialist advisors  & mentors
  • Networking across departmental and location boundaries

 

What you need to bring

  • Technical training: technical studies or basic technical training and further (technical) economic studies (in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering/electronics, software development, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent)
  • Affinity for innovation and digitalization
  • Motivation, commitment and flexibility
  • Knowledge of English, German, and ideally other foreign languages
  • Interest and openness for working in an international group

Submission of the application documents

Send us your application documents directly via our job portal. Upload your CV with a photo, existing qualifications, service/internship certificates and a cover letter in which you describe your reasons for applying for the trainee program.

Personal meeting

If your application wins us over we will invite you to an interview. We will talk about your professional interests and expectations, and give you more details about the company and the trainee program.

Immersion in a technical topic

After a successful meeting, we will invite you to another personal interview and ask you to complete a small preparatory task. We look forward to hearing your ideas and discussing your possible future at Rosenbauer with representatives from the various departments.
