Shareholder structure

Rosenbauer’s shares has been listed in the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange since 1994. Of these shares, 51 % are held by Rosenbauer Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH, a company founded by the family shareholders. Around 6 % of the share capital is held by an institutional investor (Lazard Frères Gestion) in France. The remaining shareholdings in the free float are held by investors in Europe (including Belgium, Germany, the UK, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Spain) and the USA.
