• Sebastian Wolf to take on role of CFO   

The Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG has agreed to the request of Günter Kitzmüller, CFO of Rosenbauer International AG, to terminate his mandate as a member of the Executive Board with effect from September 11, 2017. Günter Kitzmüller will continue to assist the company in an advisory capacity. Sebastian Wolf will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from September 11, 2017. Sebastian Wolf has been working for the company since 2008 and has held significant management positions in various areas. He will be responsible for Controlling, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, IT, Legal & Compliance, Insurance and Internal Audit.
