Your future at Rosenbauer – apply before it's too late!

Joining the workforce naturally brings many questions with it. What should I expect? How much will I earn? What will my days look like? An apprenticeship at Rosenbauer could be the answer to these questions. Or rather: many answers. Numerous job opportunities are available to you once the apprenticeship has been completed successfully.
In-house apprentice trainers are responsible for the training of the apprentices. They support and accompany the young people during their introduction to working life. The trainers are always available for questions and give the apprentices feedback about their work. So you get tips on what you still need to work on and what already works well. The youngsters pass through several departments during their training at Rosenbauer in order to get a good overview of the company and our ways of working. If Rosenbauer demands flexibility from its employees, then employees and apprentices are offered the same in return: the young employees can enjoy flexible start times during their apprenticeship. Apprentice exchanges between the different German-speaking company locations are possible as well.

Performance is rewarded

Good performances of apprentices are rewarded at Rosenbauer: we provide, for example, bonus payments if the apprentice supervisor and vocational school award good grades. And scholarly success is also honored with up to one week of special vacation time per year. But basic care of the apprentices is very important too: if someone should move to boarding school during the vocational schooling, the costs are of course borne by Rosenbauer. At Rosenbauer, it is also possible to complete the "apprenticeship with a high school certificate".
Additional education and training is offered for especially inquisitive young people: How do I manage my finances? What do I have to watch out for in professional meetings or telephone conversations?
