The CL-Profile: tried and tested concept with many new options
The CL series features Rosenbauer quality, a flexible sandwich design, and individual versions with equipment options. The new CL-Profile seamlessly continues with this concept and was specially developed for a variety of transport tasks.
The CL-Profile is impressive as the newest member of the CL family, above all with the high quality of all elements and the modular body concept. It can be implemented in a variety of versions with a variety of equipment options and adapted to the desires and requirements of each individual fire department. All elements, from lighting to lining are designed in Rosenbauer style – so the CL-Profile fits perfectly in every Rosenbauer vehicle fleet.
Logistics or small rescue vehicle?
The new CL-Profile is available in two versions: either as a logistics or a small rescue vehicle. Thanks to the modular body concept, the vehicles can be optimally adapted to a variety of requirements and applications. Fire departments can choose between a fixed body with tarpaulin on the sides, valves and roll-up-type doors or sandwich walls with roll-up-type doors, valve or tail lift at the rear.
The interior design and equipment are just as flexible. One of the highlights is the roll-on/roll-off container lock: the airline aluminum rails provide full access at anytime to the equipment without having to open the locking system. If a version with accessible roof is selected, bulky items such as ladders can be stored there.
Inclined extensions for the portable fire pump , COMFORT drawers or support elements, storage boxes between the axles: Depending on the equipment, there are many ways to optimally use the available space. Good visibility and ergonomic removal are additional features that contribute to the high level of user-friendliness.
Single or twin cab?
Depending on the selected chassis, the CL-Profile is available with single or twin cab. There are also different equipment options, from folding table and additional lighting through to individual equipment mounting. The body module is easy to operate from the clearly arranged switch console in the driver's cab using toggle switches.
LED lighting integrated into the profiles provides perfect illumination. This makes it possible to use both the contour lighting as well as the maneuvering light. It is also possible to integrate a pneumatically extendable light mast into the vehicle.
The CL-Profile can also be mounted on a variety of chassis from 3.5 to 7.2 tons: not only Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, or Iveco Daily, but also a vast number of other chassis.
High quality for a long service life
The many options for the individual body module allow for a variety of equipment and applications. Whether solely as a logistics vehicle, portable fire pump vehicle or small rescue vehicle – the new CL-P can do it all. The high quality of all elements ensures not only perfect handling, but also an extremely long service life.
