| On November 24-25, Messrs Rüdiger and Angermann (2nd and 3rd from l.) from Dresden Airport/Germany, accepted a new ROSENBAUER TLF 5500 tank tender on MAN TGA 18,360 4x4 in the presence of Messrs Leidinger and Hagedorn ( 1st + 4th from l.) from Rosenbauer Deutschland GmbH. |
The ruby red painted vehicle will primarily be used for airport building fire protection. It is also foreseen as a back-up vehicle for runway fire-fighting. To this end, all the TLF extinguishing units can be operated from the cab.
The hand-over team made some highly positive remarks about the new vehicle.
