How do fully automated operations work with service4fire?
 
On board of the vehicle, a telematics module acquires digital status information from the CAN Bus. Based on a predefined schema the electronics transmit this data to the service4fire portal. The "health status" of the vehicle is updated.
 
After completing operations, the records are analyzed by automatic software functions. If an unusual event or error is detected, the customer is notified by email. At the same time, Customer Service is notified.
 
Customers can use the Internet to access their vehicle data at any time. This allows customers to access detailed reports, tips on avoiding problems and additional service information.
 
At the same time, a continous logbook for the vehicle is generated. Future extensions to support firefighting operations can draw on this repository of real-time information.
