The ROSENBAUER AQUAMATIC convinces due to its unique drive system.

The heart of the AQUAMATIC is the double acting piston pump. It is operated by the drive-water of the water pump. Due to the almost equal piston surface of the water- and foam side the system always produces a foam pressure on the same level as the water pressure. If the piston hits the end point of the cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder changes the moving direction and the piston moves in the opposite direction. The filling and drain of the cylinder chamber stroke by stroke supplies the same amount of foam concentrate continuously.

The proportioning rate can be adjusted on the venturi proportioners on each outlet. If more foam concentrate is needed, the velocity of the foam concentrate pump will increase and more foam concentrate will be supplied.
