Features

The premium portable fire pump with excellent performance of 1600 l/min at 10 bar, light weight of only 167 kg fully fueled, unique ease of operation and maximum reliability

Fulfills European standard for portable fire pumps EN 14466 for types
PFPN 10 – 1000
PFPN 10 -1500
PFPN 15 -1000

Easy manhandling due to light weight of only 167 kg fully fueled, four fold-out handles, and low center of gravity

Easy operations thanks to clear-cut, background lit operating panel with new ROSENBAUER LCS user interface.
Press START – engage the pump – pump water. Using a portable fire pump couldn't be easier.
Comfortable and safe operations with pump pressure governor, mechanical thermal protection, and cavitation alarm

Maximum operating safety thanks to "intelligent" and powerful, latest generation BMW flat engine. Sophisticated engine controls ensure safe operations in any scenario: freezing cold, tropical heat, or even at great heights. Fan-driven air cooling prevents the engine from overheating, even if no water is being pumped, and additional oil cooling for the hardworked cylinder heads allows continuous full load operations over longer periods of time.
The technology which has proved itself in BMW's state-of-the-art motorcycles now guarantees maximum reliability in tough fire fighting scenarios.

The fully automatic piston priming pump is highly resistant to contamination and guarantees reliable operations at any time. The piston priming pump can handle even extremely contaminated water, or hour-long drafting or relay operations (pump can be disabled manually).

The cambered impeller in its spiral housing converts the mechanical power developed by the engine into hydraulic power at the single-stage rotary pump with an efficiency of over 70%. A stainless steel pump shaft, the lubrication and maintenance free mechanical seal, the tension ring design of the pump and, last but not least, the easy accessibility of the engine and pump make the FOX really easy to maintain.

The location of the fuel tank underneath the engine, and the safety cap on the filler neck, allow trouble-free filling of the FOX while the engine is running.
