HYDROMATIC uses a rugged gear pump for delivering foam compound. In turn, the pump is powered by controlled hydraulics from the vehicle engine.

Precise electronic control of the foam compound pump ensures a differential pressure of 0.5 bar. And this guarantees precise metering of the foam compound flow.

At the same time, flexible controls ensure that foam compound is delivered only when needed. This avoids the need for a return flow of foam compound to the foam tank. And it avoids unnecessary risk of damage to the foam compound or fatigue.

Of course, you can use the pump to fill the foam tank from an external source.
