For normal pressure and CAFS applications, it is becoming increasingly common to use ultra-light hose by FORMTEX. The amazing characteristics of this hose (low weight, smooth, low-friction surface, excellent elasticity) have all led to the hose pack moving more on the reel than a rubber hose. A tensioning roller and a well cushioned NEPIRO Ergo pistol-type nozzle help to counteract this.
