| Remuneration schedule for members
of the Supervisory Board |

The
emoluments paid to members of the
Supervisory Board consist of a fixed and a variable component. The
variable
component is determined as a percentage of the Group profit (EBT) as
shown in
the consolidated income statement before deduction of income tax and
non-controlling
interests. This percentage is reduced in line with increases in the
consolidated profit.
For
the same reasons as those adduced under
‘Remuneration of Executive Board Members’, it has
been decided to refrain from
publishing details of the fixed and performance-linked remuneration of
each
individual Member of the Supervisory Board.
