We’ll tell and show it to you - Practical and tailor made to your needs!

All courses take place in our training centre in the main plant Leonding.
An experienced trainer will guide you through the course and gives you detailed
explanations as well as a lot of background information.

The educational success you can check with a written test at the end
of each course. We will confirm the result of this test with a Rosenbauer diploma.

On a factory tour we will give you detailed view how we build our fire trucks and you can
exchange experiences with other participants during the course or later at the hotel.

The cost includes the hotel (3 *) breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and one dinner invitation.
Arrival and departure date is always the day of the course beginning and end.
If you arrive before or leave later we can arrange your hotel room. (about 70 EUR per day).

For guests who do not travel by a vehicle, we provide a daily transportation Hotel-> Rosenbauer.

This course gives you deep insight look into a fire pump. We show you first how
a centrifugal pump and theirs around-the-pump foam system works and what are the
important steps to follow during operation of a fire pump. Furthermore, you will disassemble
and reassemble our training pumps up to the last screw. Of course, in the guidance of an
experienced coach!
We explain how to order spare parts and how to maintain your pump correctly.
Don’t miss the tips and tricks which are really useful for any kind of pump repairs!

Foam mixing systems and CAFS

Direct-foam-injection-system – DIGIDOS, DIGIMATIC, AQUAMATIC,
MIXMATIC, HYDROMATIC, AQUAMATIC AND DELTAMATIC – 1,5 day

In this training we will show you how our direct-foam-injection-systems works and
learn what foam is for what use and for which system suitable.
As well we will show you how to perform a foam test and how you can set and adjust
your system. All practical works you will do on our training pumps.

Furthermore, we give you, of course, important tips and tricks for the operation and
maintenance.

Portable pumps

FOX I, II und III
On request also Otter und Beaver – 2 days

Portable pumps are the workhorses of many fire departments. No matter, at a flooding,
in pumping water over long distances, we can count on them. That’s why we offer a course
where we show you how to operate and maintain the pump to correctly. After a detailed
theoretical part, you will also disassemble a pump in the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Perfection days

Pump and foam systems – from 1 day

- You have already been on previous pump trainings or other courses and want to refresh your skills.
- Have experience and a good knowledge of Rosenbauer pumps and want to deepen it.

In these days of perfection you choose which pump or foam proportioning system you want to handle.
With no time pressure and without the daily stress you take, under the guidance
of a Rosenbauer trainer, your system apart and put it back together.
We show you on a very practical way the importance of the pump building.

AT Fire Truck - Expert course - 2 days

You have an AT fire truck at you station and want to know more about it?
Then this training will be the right thing for you!

We’ll show you:

• How the CAN BUS controll the vehicle
• Where the major parts are installed.
• Troubleshooting
• Maintenance Steps

Electric Basics - 3 days max. 8 Persons

A fire engine without electrics and electronics does not exist anymore today.
These new up to date techniques and systems will support our firefighters in
their daily operations, but also have changed the profile of the service technician
dramatically. Were once the primary activities of the serviceman rather mechanical nature,
those are now more and more electrical works.

Are you serviceman, mechanics, technicians, operator, or just interested and
you want to refresh your knowledge in automotive electric (24VDC)?
Then this course will be the right thing for you!
We explain, with many practical examples, the electrical basics, such as voltage,
current and resistance.
Show you how to read wiring schematics and how understand them correctly.
You learn to deal with a Multimeter on the "HPS-training boards", on which you build
yourself electrical circuits. Furthermore we will give you important tips and tricks
for the troubleshooting. This course is designed for participants without any electrical knowledge.

Note: Many of our students have already lost there fear from the electrical system
and have increased there skills. Make it too!

Electro Advanced - 2 days

This training course builds on the "electric basic training".
You will deepen your knowledge of electrical systems and learn to understand complex circuit diagrams.

The focus of this course is the Rosenbauer CAN BUS system.

We show up with practical examples how this works.
Learn more about the electronics in your fire truck!
The goal of this training will be to fix minor electrical problems yourself.

Rosenbauer Service Tool - 1 day

To complete your electrical knowledge we offer you a course about the Rosenbauer
Service Tool for our CAN BUS system.
This training is for customers which has a service tool or which will get one.

We show you all features of the service tool on our training boards.

The qualification to visit this training is very good knowledge of automotive electrical
and electronics (automotive electrician), Mechatronics and graduates of the two electric courses.

Monitor training – 2 days

Turret RM15, RM25 and RM60

In this course we will show you the working principle of our electro controlled turrets.
Special attention we will pay on the electronic system. Teaching and adjusting of the turret control,
as well as troubleshooting will be of course a major part of this session.
All tasks will be performed on fully functioning mock-up models.
A fully overhaul of the mechanical parts such as turret joints and turret drives will complete this training.

Panther mechanical class – 5 days

Panther 6x6 CA

This class is exclusively designed for customers who have such vehicle in service.
The target group will be mechanics and fire fighting personal people who what to know more about this vehicle.
In this five days we’ll show you every important part form the chassis as well for the superstructure for
a save and secure operation and maintenance job.
