The RM 60C is characterized by its versatile deployment options:

  • Flow reduction to 50% of full power
  • Water turret with O-stream nozzle and full / spray jet adjustment
  • Foam turret with foam barrel and deflector
  • Dry-powder turret
  • Water / dry-powder turret with CHEM CORE NOZZLE (O-stream nozzle with internal dry-powder jet):
 
Dry powder is injected into the center of the water jet and encapsulated in the water jet for delivery to the fire. The major benefits of this approach are the considerable increase in the throw range, more focused delivery and enhanced targeting accuracy in comparison with legacy dry-powder turrets.

The CHEM CORE NOZZLE supports combined water/foam (non air aspirated, CAFS) operations with dry powder. Electric motors allow infinite adjustment of the nozzle from full jet to spray jet and reduced flow.
