3 Steps to a Solution  
   
1. The Telematics Module
 
To leverage the benefits of service4fire, your vehicle needs a telematics module. It makes sense to order this option for new vehicles: it opens up the door to the world of online condition monitoring.

The purchase price of the telematics module includes the cost of data transmissions for the first 3 years (for further details, see system requirements).
   
Access to the online portal is free of charge for all our customers.  
   
2. Your personal access code  
 
You will be given an access code for the online portal when you take delivery of the vehicle. The access code includes your user name and your personal password.

After receiving your access data, you can log on to the service4fire portal.

Your vehicle will be preconfigured and ready for access.
   
3. Your vehicle is ready  
 
After commissioning the vehicle, the telematics module automatically contacts the portal. At the end of operations, the acquired data are analyzed. If any problems or malfunctions are detected, the customer is notified by a single email per operation.

The service4fire online portal is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

And if you don't receive an email because your vehicle performed perfectly – you can still access the data from the current operation or earlier operations at any time.
