The ROSENBAUER R600 is a 2-stage NP-centrifugal pump with
a delivery rate of up to 7.000 ltr/min at 10bar (tank suction
operation). Due to the application of high quality materials
- the gear wheels are running in an oil bath, the maintenance-free
mechanical seal is marked with the best emergency operation
properties - this pump is distinguished especially by it's
maintenance-free and long livetime.
Due to the extensive range of optional features such as
a piston priming pump, different gearing and foam proportioning
systems, the ROSENBAUER R600 can be adapted to a wide variety
of requirements.
Therefore thousands of ROSENBAUER R600 pumps are already
in operation in industrial fire-fighting vehicles, air
crash tenders and pump trailers around the world, where
the R600 impresses with performance and functionality every
day.

| Centrifugal pump: |

2-stage NP-centrifugal pump made of corrosion-resistant
light alloy with triple beared pump shaft made of stainless steel.
The sealing of the pump results from two maintenance-free mechanical
seals.

| Priming pump: |

An electromagnetically controlled double-action piston pump,
running in an oil bath, is employed as suction pump. The
drive of the light-metal alloy piston is made with a sliding
block on an eccentric shaft.

- Pump gearing:
For adaptation to different speeds of the drive-engine or PTO
- Gun metal version
- Pump heating / pump cooling:
A water jacket, connected to the cooling circulation covers the pump
and prevents the freezing of the pump during the ride at low exterior
temperature and furthermore serves as additional cooling of the drive
engine at long lasting pump operation.
