The RM60E is the top product in the Rosenbauer turret (turret) selection. Due to its extensive throw range, it is primarily used as a roof turret on airport and industrial tenders. The RM60E is equipped for water and foam operation, but is also available as a powder option (RM60EP). Foaming quality is considerably raised by the addition of an optional branch pipe with star filter.

Maximum output at 10 bar amounts to 7,000 l/min with a throw range of up to 95 m.

The turret is operated by electronic remote control using a pistol grip. This controls the positioning of the turret, whereby the position of the pistol grip and the turret are always identical during operation. The pistol grip is also fitted with additional switches for functions such as "water march", jet adjustment between full and spray and the setting of partial quantities. The electronics can also programme the stand-by and attack positions of the vehicle, as well as its contour, thus preventing superstructure damage.

As an option, the turret is also available in a manually operated version (RM60M).
