Hand over of a LF 16/12 fire-fighting vehicle

On March 3, 2004, an LF 16/12 fire-fighting vehicle was handed over to the Hörlkofen Voluntary Fire Brigade. Hörlkofen is located in the Upper Bavarian administrative district of Erding.
The vehicle is fitted with a CAFS air-foam system and designed in the very latest aluminium technology (AT). This is the sixth vehicle and the third CAFS system that ROSENBAUER has delivered to the Erding district in the past six months, all of which have met with the complete satisfaction of the local fire brigades.

As the Hörlkofen Voluntary Fire Brigade team has a large female contingent (12), two women fire-fighters also participated in the hand-over at the ROSENBAUER Plant in Leonding (see photos). The machinist, Maria Stohmaier (23), has a driving licence for Class 2 trucks and ensures the availability of the new 14-tonner during the day.

ROSENBAUER would like to wish the Hörlkofen crew every success with their new vehicle and in their important operations.
