On April 19, 2013 Rosenbauer International AG received an announcement in accordance with §91 BörseG (Austrian Stock Exchange Act), that from April 17, 2013 on, a fund of Lazard Freres Gestion SAS (Lazard) named SICAV Objectif small caps euro (SICAV), based in France, is authorized to exercise a total of 274,990 voting rights (or 4.04%) attached to the shares in Rosenbauer International AG, thereby crossing the 4% voting rights treshold. This notification has to be read in conjunction with the notification dated March 7, 2013 regarding the crossing of the 4% of Lazard itself. Now Lazard holds 4.04% via SICAV and 0.36% via the fund FCB – together 4.40%.

The total outstanding shares and total voting rights of Rosenbauer International AG are 6,800,000.
