| Panther lands in spain |

| AENA, Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aerea, has awarded ROSENBAUER ESPAÑOLA, member of the Rosenbauer group, world market leader for Aircraft rescue fire fighting vehicles, with two contracts for the supply of 16 Panther 8x8 with 13.500 l water tank, 1.620 foam tank and 250 kg powder unit, and 10 Panther 6x6 with 10.000 l water tank, 1.200 foam tank and 250 kg powder unit. |
Panther 8x8 are based on MAN chassis, while Panther 6x6 are fully produced within the Rosenbauer group, being the chassis built at the group US company Rosenbauer Motors.
The value of both contracts amounts EUR 16.2 million.
Vehicles will be stationed at the principal international airports of Spain (Madrid Barajas, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Málaga etc) |
